How do I enter a competition?
Use the registration form below or visit our online entry portal. Most competitions require entries at least 7 days in advance, with some major events requiring 14–21 days notice. Payment secures your entry — we accept all major cards and bank transfer. Confirmation is sent by email within 24 hours.
Is overnight stabling available for competition horses?
Yes — we have 60 dedicated competition stables available for horses attending multi-day events. Stabling must be booked in advance and includes bedding, hay, and water. Stabling is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices are listed in individual event schedules.
What is the cancellation and withdrawal policy?
Withdrawals made more than 14 days before an event receive a full entry fee refund. Withdrawals 7–14 days prior receive a 50% refund or credit voucher. Within 7 days, entries are non-refundable unless a valid vet certificate is provided. Clinic spots follow the same policy — please contact us as early as possible if you need to withdraw.
Are spectators welcome at events?
Absolutely — spectators are welcome and encouraged at all our events. Most competitions and shows are free to watch. The Midsummer Gala and Spring Championship have grandstand seating. Some gala evenings require a ticket for dinner — see individual event pages for details.
Can non-members enter competitions?
Yes — most Equestria events are open to all riders, not just members. However, members receive priority entry, early access to schedules, and a 10–15% discount on entry fees. Some exclusive events are members-only. Check individual event details for eligibility requirements.
Do you offer a photography and live streaming service?
We have a professional equestrian photographer at all major events — images are available to purchase via our online gallery within 48 hours. Live streaming is available for our Championship and Grand Prix events via our YouTube channel. Links are shared on the day via social media and email to all registered competitors.
