What Our Livery Owners Say

"

I've had horses at five different yards in fifteen years and Equestria is in a different league entirely. The daily photo updates via the app, the consistency of care, the quality of the facilities — everything is exceptional. My mare has never been in such good health.

When Archie had a colic episode at 11pm, I got a call within ten minutes. Dr. Morris was already with him by the time I arrived at the yard. The night staff and CCTV system genuinely save lives. I wouldn't keep my horse anywhere else.

I was nervous moving yards as a first-time owner, but Priya and the team made the whole process seamless. The 30-day trial was reassuring, and by week two I knew this was exactly the right place for Bella. Tom's grooming work for our first show was incredible.

Livery FAQs

Have more questions? Contact us — we'd love to show you around the yard.

Is there a waiting list for livery spaces?
We currently have limited spaces available across all livery types. Full livery spaces are most in demand and tend to have a short waiting list. We recommend enquiring early, particularly if you have a specific move date in mind. We always keep a small number of spaces reserved for new enquiries each quarter.
What notice period is required to leave?
We require one calendar month's written notice to vacate a livery space. All livery agreements are rolling monthly contracts with no long-term lock-in. New livery horses begin on a 30-day trial period — if either party is not satisfied, the trial can be ended with immediate effect and a full refund of unused days.
Can I bring my own feed and supplements?
Absolutely. We encourage owners to discuss their horse's nutritional preferences with our yard manager and resident nutritionist. All personal feed and supplements are stored securely in your designated tack room space and administered as per your instructions. We also offer a competitive feed purchasing service through our bulk supplier at cost price.
What vaccinations are required for livery horses?
All horses joining the yard must be up to date with equine influenza and tetanus vaccinations, with a valid passport to confirm vaccination history. We require a current negative Coggins test for horses arriving from abroad. Our resident vet can administer any outstanding vaccinations on arrival day if needed.
Are owners allowed to bring their own farrier or vet?
Yes — while we have excellent in-house services available, owners are always welcome to use their own registered farrier, vet, or physiotherapist. We simply ask for 24 hours notice so we can ensure your horse is ready and a member of staff is present during the visit. External practitioners must be suitably qualified and insured.
Is there an owner app for updates and CCTV access?
Yes — all livery owners receive access to our Equestria Owner App. This gives you live CCTV access to your horse's stable 24/7, daily care update logs, health records, and direct messaging with our yard team. The app is available on iOS and Android and is included at no extra charge for all livery plans.
